We [Normally] Welcome New Patients to Our Practice
If you would like to register as an NHS patient you will need to attend
an examination appointment.
At this appointment you will complete the appropriate paperwork including a
confidential medical history form and your dentist will complete an examination
and discuss fully all findings.
All examinations are free.
